Peng Black Girls

Peng Black Girls is an event dedicated to celebrating and showcasing the talents of black female DJs. Despite the increasing popularity of electronic music, there is still a significant lack of representation of black girls in the DJ scene. This is partly due to the limited number of black female DJs out there and their limited exposure in the media. The main goal of the event is to encourage more black girls to learn and pursue DJing as a profession and ultimately increase their numbers in the industry. While the event is open to everyone, its focus is on uplifting and inspiring black girls. The event is named after Enny’s song “Peng Black Girls,” which addresses the underrepresentation of black girls in the media.
